  • It's been a challenge with finding hair products here since moving here last year. A co-worker told me this is the spot for anything hair. I initially went to the south Tryon location. The customer service was good but not a huge selection. I was told I went to the wrong level location. All I can say is the north Tryon location will leave you exhausted, the place is huge! A lot of products but not a great selection. I asked the associate about crochet hair and colors. She said this is all we have here and walked away. Needless to say I wasn't impressed and left without buying anything. I went back for second try on a Saturday, thinking the service and selection would be better. NOT!!!! This time I showed the associate pictures of what I was looking and asked if they could possibly get it in store. Well I able to order from my Buffao beauty supply and some on Amazon. I will not make this trip again.
