  • I was super excited to try this place cause I've heard so many great things, but I had a pretty mild experience. I ordered the coconut base with birthday cake flavor ice cream. After about 20mins of waiting, I realized that maybe they forgot my order or something so I went to the counter. Turns out they really did forget my order and after I brought it up to them, that's when they realized their mistake. I would be more understanding if it was super busy, however, this was on a Monday night around 9pm and there wasn't a huge crowd. My ice cream ended up pretty underwhelming. Maybe I am just ordering wrong, but definitely turned off by how much I waited and how the situation was handled.
