  • I used to go into this location as a kid, and i loved it. everyone was so nice to me and wouldnt hesitate to offer suggestions to help me improve. one time, they talked me out of buying a new kickstand for my mountain bike because they said it might fall. but more recently, i feel very ripped off every time i go to landis. I was charged 40 bucks for them to install a bike computer(the mounting was already in place) and it took them ten minutes and three zip ties. and even more recently, i went in for brake work, and they said they were going to do an entire brake job and they were going to replace all of the brake cable housings. when i got it back, i realized that they had only replaced two of them, but bumped up to cost of each so it was still the same ammount of money. it is sad that this place is now about profit versus genuine customer service, and for that reason, i will be taking my bike elsewhere, (slippery pig, etc)
