  • Horrible service, bad property mgmt co, unacceptable performance overall. I am an owner and the tenant had paid on time but RPM West didn't mail me the checks. They skipped 2 months!! To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me $35 for each check that I did not receive. But wait, there's more..when I called to follow up, they either did not return my call in a timely manner and when they did, they gave an attitude.
