rev:text	I've noticed a trend in my reviews. I'll go somewhere once, have an amazing experience then go a 2nd time only to be disappointed. After a stellar first experience, I came back again yesterday to have another stellar experience. The servers are all friendly and great at their jobs (yesterday, we had JJ who was super nice!). I should point out, I'm not a raw sushi gal. I stick to California rolls primarily and anything cooked. It's amazing to me that you can order a California roll at any sushi place but Blue Wasabi's was/is so much better! In theory, it's the same ingredients, right? Well, Blue's is so much better. I don't know how or why, but it is. My daughter got the orange chicken and said it was good but she'd prefer more sauce and maybe a side of rice. But overall, good. I love their crab wontons but don't care for the apple plum sauce. This is where the servers are great because I asked for Thai chili sauce instead and it was brought to me without question. The flavor of the crab wonton filling is so yummy and I could eat my weight of these things. On my first visit, I also tried the Shrimp Tempura Roll which was fantastic and totally appeals to my soft-crunchy balance quirk in foods. My daughter at that visit, had Spicy Tuna Roll, seaweed salad, and tuna nigiri. Her favorite though was the Chuck Norris Signature roll. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I love also that there are options for non-sushi people. Lastly, the Mello Jello martini is ridiculously good. It's like kool-aid and jello with booze but classier than a Jell-O shot. Love!!! I should get a frequent diner rewards because I'll be back!!!
