I'm writing this review based on the response I've received from Sinorama... none! I've emailed them and and waited about a week and have not received any response to the few questions I've asked about their all-inclusive China trips.
As a potential customer, I had a few simple questions and nobody has responded back to me. If you offer the option for email contact, the least you can do is respond to them. I would hate to have already booked a trip with them and if something were to go wrong that they would probably try to avoid responding or actually having to deal with customers. I think I will take my chances with another tour company.
There shouldn't be any excuse because even I know how to check my junk mail folder.
