rev:text	Omg where do I began first off I just moved to Canada from California LA and I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years now professionally by good professional people so I assumed here it will be the same boy was I wrong. So I wanted to try a place before I went and paid and I wasn't happy so I decided to go on Groupon and see what I can get unfortunately I came across "eyelash extreme " which is located inside this dirty salon called cut above salon. Before my appt day I called Trish Singh the lash lady and I wanted to make an apt I told her I am new need a permanent lady to go to for lash extensions she was happy and said sure why don't you come in on Friday at 5 I set up the appt then I said oh btw I have a Groupon voucher she paused and said oh I am sorry I don't have an apt available for Friday I was like um ok then she kept pushing it off every day and time I gave her she said oh I cant blah blah any who so I got an appt for wend at 2pm I got there like 10 minutes early sat down called her she didn't reply text her apparently that's a landline not her cell so reply I told the older lady who was a hair dresser to tell her that I am here the lady ignored me she said she is with someone wait very rude so I waited 10mins go by 20mins go by I was getting soo upset so I asked the hair dresser again can you please let her know I am here she said sure and did nothing about it my appt was at 2pm she didn't take me until 2:48pm 48mins later she comes out calls my name and say so rudely sorry for the wait give me a few mins and walks away I was so dam irate at that time but I am a professional Esthetician myself and I know shit happens things come up but 48 mins plus 15 mins more because she need to ''clean up'' she took me at 3:15ish I was so over it at that time before she took me in she started to explain to me what lash she wil use and what she has in the Groupon voucher it said that mink eyelash extensions with collagen under eye treatment. This unprofessional, rude, cheap and selfish person was giving me options like for 55$ more I can do the longer lashes for you and blah blah I told her lets just stick to the voucher then she said oh there is this fee you have to pay for groupon usage $5.15 I was like huh.. but had no cash pulled out my debit she said max on card is 15$ so I said ok let me just tip her 10$ maybe she will tc of me better since I was so generous to give her a 10$ tip before she even did anything for me lol wow boy was I wrong we go in this lil rental area dim lights cant see anything and her bed was so dirty had lil hair stuck on the bed and nasty marks I was so disgusted by it but I just said whatever then she started to do my lashes first she put tape like scotch tape under my eye I told her um I am sensitive to tape please don't put it she ignored it completely then I said him what about the collagen treatment she said well we can do that next time you come in yea right like I was gonna come in again after this I was super irate at this time anyways I let that go too 5 mins into her doing nothing she says ok so if you want I can do the long lashes for you for free because the small lashes that came with the voucher were supposedly smaller then my lashes and I wouldn't of been able to tell the difference I was like wow nice sure go for it .... 15mins later she says ok your done I was so confused because I do eyelash extensions too and it never takes 15 mins to do even an eye I was like hmmm ok I get up check the mirror and omg I freaked out she out like 15 lashes on each eye and I was like what the hell is this she said that is it I was so pissed she is so unprofessional and rude just because I had a groupon voucher she treated me like shit why the hell would you put your dam business in if you don't want to provide service omg I was so pissed I asked her for my tip back she didn't deserve it lol that she didn't want to give me then she told me to get out of the store and she cant to shit about it and that I did everything right omg I recorded everything and my husband is a lawyer I am going to drag her to court it isn't about the money its about how rude she was and how she acted like she is doing me a favor I called Groupon and got my refund and reported her to Groupon they will make sure her business wont be entered for anyone else to go thru what I did and I called my bank ... she said she will refund me the who 15$ because Groupon refunded me and she cant pocket that 15$ on my card I am waiting for that if she doesn't my lawyer will make sure that's n the supine .. this lady is unprofessional, rude and by far the most arrogant person I have met in my life.
