Basically I was supposed get a time sensitive project for a trip, however it showed that it was delivered at 12:05 even though I was in my garage and the door was open nobody showed up at my front door. I made approximately 13 phone calls in approximately 24 hours and ontrac only called me once and that was because the manager just received the complaint so he said. I'm still waiting for the call from the regional manager and the address in the local office is not the one listed on the oh it's actually 551 Courier St. in Henderson, NV. They do not give out a phone number because the drivers are such dumbasses that there are so many complaints the phone is always off the hook. The regional customer service area and advisers try to get a hold of three managers in my local area of Las Vegas and all they got were voicemails. When one of the managers they call me it wasn't from Las Vegas it was from Salt Lake and he told me that the drivers bid for the deliveries and that the driver will be reprimanded. The driver was supposed to come back and show me where he left a package by lo and behold my neighbor who lives way down at the other end of my block delivered my package for me and it was delivered at a totally wrong address. The customer service advisor informed me that the driver was going to return to my address between 5 PM and 8 PM to show me exactly where he left it however I waited all afternoon and evening for the driver to return and lo and behold he never showed. I called five minutes after eight and I got a hold of two's customer service a visors and Dave sent an email saying that somebody would get a hold of me later that night given me an update of what happen with the driver. Nobody told me anything that night and I was supposed to use that product to go to very next day for a trip. The trip was canceled and I finally got the product from my neighbor and I still never got a call from on track. Ontrack can suck my nuts...
