  • Had my AC put in in 2009 and called because I had some questions since it's not working anymore. Nick answered the phone and already seemed irritated I had called. When I questioned the unit that was put in he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and he wasn't going to try to explain it. Sorry Nick for bothering you about my air conditioner while you were working at your air conditioning job.
