  • I took my dog for a bath & tidy up. After 3 hrs. I called to see if they were just about done & they said they had to rebathe her because she had an accident in the kennel. I should have been called and told it was going to be a lot longer. I told them to just dry her & I would picker up as I didn 't have more time to wait. When I picked her up they charged me $35 and she didn't get anything but a bath. I am totally disappointed and will be looking for a new groomer.
