  • Bought a new watch online unfortunately it arrived not working. Took it to Fast Fix, they indicted the battery tested fine but they would be willing to attempt to fix it for a significant additional cost. Took it home and opened it up myself an the battery was gone. Put in a new battery it works great. I don't know if they didn't bother to truthfully diagnose the watch or if they just wanted to run up the cost on a false repair. Either way I will find an honest reliable repair shop for the future.
