This place is in need of a MAJOR cleaning! The carpet always looks like it needs to be vacuumed. I think they do vacuum the main traffic areas (not as often or as thoroughly as they should). I purposely bring darker colored socks now- it's scary seeing your white socks after playing in the little kids section! The carpet areas around the little kids inflatables have clearly not been vacuumed in quite some time- layers of dust. The flat sitting ledges around the little kids trampoline area are filthy- I am not sure why these aren't cleaned! The nets above and around the little kids' trampolines- layers and layers of filth that has accumulated. The tops of the candy land and alligator slide inflatables- covered in dust. There's no excuse for this! Make a schedule to regularly clean this stuff! This is a business- take pride in it. Clearly, there is a lack of management here.
They have a great thing going as far as a fun place to visit. The concept is great and my toddler always has fun here. They just need to put some effort into the upkeep!! I just don't get it- if I had a business like this, I'd be on top of this stuff. It's not hard to do and the filth really takes away from having a truly positive experience- other reviewers clearly feel the same way.
The staff is extremely young- some are more attentive than others.
Last week was the WORST experience we've had by far (after going there once a week for months). The air conditioning units must have malfunctioned- it's like the vents came open and blew layers of dirt and dust on everything in the place (like it needed any extra dust)! Scary to think about the air that's being pumped through there when you see how they maintain the rest of the place. It's like none of the employees showed up to work that day- there were two employees at the front desk. Nobody in the main trampoline area and nobody in the little kids section despite it being quite busy. We had to ask one of them to come back and clean off the little kids trampolines- they were covered and I mean all over- in a thick, dirty layer of dust. We hadn't seen it like this before. The employee didn't say a word about it like, "sorry" or "we'll get it cleaned up." It's like we were a nuisance for asking to have it cleaned off. They did mop it off.
Based on the continued state of the place, I doubt any good will come from writing this review (as far as the management is concerned)- but at least I have shared my experience for others who might want to learn more about this place.
