| - I know someone who lives in this complex and for the most part she had mostly good things to say about living here ... And of course I got a little tour of the grounds when I visited ;) Overall, I was very impressed with what I saw @ ESCAPE!
PARKING - the complex was easy to find, and it appeared like there was plenty of guest parking. One of the reasons I used to absolutely hate visiting friends in Phx was due to the difficulty in finding parking @ their complexes, and I was always a little concerned about the safety of my car in some of the older complexes that don't seem to be very secure. I didn't sweat parking my Lexus here, and there was no issues ...
THE COMPLEX - it definitely resembles many of the more high end complexes in Scottsdale, and to be honest it appeared to be nicer than a lot of them ... It really seems to be most comparable to living in a resort style setting ...
It's a very modern upscale looking development - the pool area looked pristine - walking through the interior of the building it definitely felt like I was walking down the hallways of a high end hotel/resort. The gym area looked awesome from what I could see of it ...
The living spaces are very cool with modern interiors, furnishings, and fixtures! Everything looks very high end and flawless for the most part!
The only downfall is that I heard some of the neighboring tenants could be a bit disrespectful and not so courteous, which is a bummer if you are paying $1200 per month to live in a resort like place, but have a difficult time relaxing if people are constantly bothering/annoying you ....
If I didn't have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house I may consider living in a place like this, but it doesn't seem like you have a ton of privacy for the high cost of rent here ... If you can afford a place like this I would say go for it, but at the same time if you can afford the rent here you may be better off investing in your own house ;)
