  • My husband and I came to Las Vegas to attend VIVA LAS VEGAS 21, a pinup/rockabilly/carshow. On our way back home my hubby wanted to stop and look at some local gun stores. I yelped and chose Freedom Firearms. Soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and were welcomed. We browsed around and had more then 1 gentleman come over and ask if we needed help finding anything. Mike, Ben, and Chris were particularly helpful and SUPER friendly! They were knowledgeable about their products as well as the surrounding area which helped my husband tremendously. They didn't have what my hubby was looking for but they didn't hesitate to look up who does! They even passed their company phone to my husband to speak to another local store to see if they carried what he wanted. They also looked up the location for me to screenshot it from their computer. And to top it off, they even suggested a good place to grab lunch before we head over! These gentlemen go above and beyond customer service! We will be stopping by again next year when we come back to Vegas! Thanks guys! :)
