  • I wanted to really love this nail place but I just can't. Initially I thought my nails looked really good, but it's been 2 1/2 weeks one has broken off, two have chipped, and two are actually about to pop off. I have been getting acrylics for nine years and I have never had this happen. I get new sets regularly and I always get shellac on top. When I called to ask them what we could do about it they told me that people get fills every two weeks and nails popping off is regular. I have never been to a nail salon that has told me that acrylic's popping off after two weeks is OK. I did not even want anything free, I just wanted them to fit me in with a more skilled technician, which they couldn't do. I understand an acrylic breaking and that is fine, but the nail separating underneath and popping off is not. I am extremely disappointed because I really love the work they do on Instagram but not all the technicians have the skills that are displayed. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
