I am at the tail end of a purchase process that has been a remarkable showcase of this dealership's incompetence and overall shoddy practices towards customers. While the initial sales associate (Edgar) was quite helpful in getting me the car I want, there is a major disconnect between the front end and the back end offices at this store. Received my sales contract for signature today ( had to be done from afar as I live 2500 miles away this time of year). It contained wrong address, wrong phone number and a few documents for signature that implied they were trying to sneakily up sell me on warranty coverages and the like. Even worse, finance manager told me the warranty period has already commenced as of last Friday even though the car has still not been delivered to me and I had not signed any final documents. This has to be a fraudulent practice.
