I would have given this place more stars but I got irritated when you call for AC service/repair, they don't have any more schedule so you will have to wait until the next day. Really? If it wasn't for my home warranty company, I would have never call this place. The AC repair person needs some customer service training. I don't care if he's out there in the heat. You still need to be polite and friendly. I called them a few times to see when my compressor will be in. They said they'll call me after it was picked up. Nothing. I had to call. Not having AC for 6 days is crap. It's not A & R's fault on this one. Again, followup with your customers so they know the status of the repair and its process. FYI, don't try to sale me a $4600 AC unit when mine has warranty and show your customer(s) the problem(s). I want to know what's wrong with my AC or any other equipment.
