  • I found you in a Google search...didn't think my small order would even interest you...boy Was I ever wrong! From how I was treated on the phone, to the sales agent saying he would save my work order under my name, to the checkout process...everything was so professional...I felt like I mattered. Then I took my work order to the gentleman at the metal saw. He was professional, courteous and conversational...he cut my product like a pro and then...he slung the bars on his shoulder and walked me out to my car. Wow, was I blown away. I am 61 years old and have learned to lower my expectations when it comes to customer service these days, but not at Glendale Steel Supply! From start to finish you are a class act and I know that doesn't happen by accident? Kudos Glendale steel.
