I was trying to confirm a limousine pick up for my guest and was treated rudely (by Asanti). After finally finding their reservation, I was placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes. When my call was picked up, I found out that I was speaking to another girl (Asanti) who acted like it was the first time my call was being answered. So, I told her that I was already being helped and that I gave my information to another girl earlier and if she knew who I had been speaking to earlier. In a rushed, rude- tone, she replied that she didn't, they were very busy right now and if she placed me on hold I would be on hold for a long time "did you still want me to place you one hold?!" (I commented "that was rude"). I gave her my guest name and she verified in less than a minute what time my guest were going to get picked up. Despite her rude tone, I asked her why I had been on hold for 15 minutes with the other girl. She never once apologized for the confusion. I asked to speak with a supervisor but she said that their was no one there on the weekends. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and she said if she put me on hold, that I would be on hold for 30 minutes. I was surprised that Asanti works as a front for A Little White Wedding Chapel. My guest overheard my conversation and was not pleased with what I had to go through. I'm glad that it was me and not them though. There are many other chapels that have pleasant professional agents that we can recommend.
