  • Just called to place a phone order and the lady that answered burped on the phone and laughed about it right before taking my order. Didn't even get her name because she was having side conversations and laughing while attempting to take my order the whole time. We also saw an ad on the wingstop website which she was not willing to honor for us. I ended up just canceling my order because the service was completely terrible and the employee who answered the phone was rude and didn't care to help us at all.
