  • Just had John come out today to help with some AC issues. Today is a Saturday and he showed up really quickly and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Additionally, he was really friendly- which is always a plus when dealing with home problems! He told us about his awesome annual deal where he will come out and service our units to make sure they are in tip top shape for heating and cooling. We all know that when you live in Vegas... AC is SUPER important!!! Prices were equivalent to what our home warranty charges for annual maintenance (less in fact), and I would much rather have someone I trust work on them than a random tech. He honored the yelp deal for our first time service and said that if we have any questions at all, he's just a call or text away. Excellent customer service!
