  • Worst service I've ever experienced from a company. I've had their internet service for a little over a month now. I've had to call 4 times already because of crappy connection speeds and each time they've had to send someone out to check the lines in the neighborhood. Not to mention the nightmare I experienced during the initial installation. Overall they've now wasted a good 20 hours of my time in the past month. I will be switching back to Cox tomorrow and cancelling their atrocious service.
