  • I have to admit that I love my water now, and my dishwasher works again! But I also have to say I have had my issues with the people that work at Valley Environmental. My salesperson, Parker, was unique to say the least but convincing when he showed me how dirty my water was so I bought the system. And I will say again that I am very happy with the system itself. I will also say that the woman who answers the phone and the owner (I wish I could remember their names right now) have been the nicest, most professional people there. The other people are argumentative and rude and if I hadn't already bought the system I wouldn't have simply due to the poor quality of people that work directly with customers. My directions were to give them a 5-star rating but I can't in good conscience do that because of the poor quality of customer care. But if you don't care about that and you want good water then Valley Environmental is the way to go.
