  • Hi We came for her lesson on the eve of thanksgiving and learned her instructor absent. She was then told that she would be receiving her lesson with a substitute. After being in the room and getting her instrument ready, she is pulled out and told she will be receiving her lesson from a different instructor as her substitute has a prior lesson. There is a lack of communication from instructors. We are not told that he would not be there and there are no lesson plans for her lesson.... her substitute does not know her level and does not know what she is working on. Lesson was a waste. This type of teaching is unprofessional and unacceptable. Sent from my iPhone
