  • Typically sprouts stores are great places to shop, but this location is definitely not. I recently found a couple of books with hand of them went to the checkout and purchased without ever being told that there is a no return policy which would've influenced my buying decisions. When I return an hour or so later to return one of the books that my wife said was the wrong one I was met by an assistant manager who gave me nothing but attitude and made it very clear that she was doing me a big favor and returning the book. She did everything short of actually calling me stupid saying that their Policy is clearly marked. I asked for her to show it to me and she got a manager to do it who also has no emotional intelligence skills, gave me attitude, and Martz to me over to the books to show me a small slime and that is non-forward facing and I never would have seen when the book was handed to me. Truly disgusted with my experience at sprouts today and advise anyone going to shop there are attempt alternatives as much as possible.
