  • Calling to reserve a mobility scooter for my mom was a snap! Customer service is fantastic! They helped me, step-by-step, through the online reservation processes while on the phone (last minute reservation). The scooter was waiting at the hotel for us upon arrival. It was clean and easy for her to operate. It even had speed control! Also, I called to ask if we could extend the time for pick up. NO PROBLEM! This company is great. I will definitely use them each time we come to Vegas!
