  • I reserved in person (across from the Orleans Hotel). When I went to pick up the car the next day, I stood in line for 40 minutes (Monday mid-morning) and then the rental car was not ready. Rather than wait an unknown length of time, I was offered the option of an extra-cost upgrade. This outlet does not honour rental discounts (AAA & other) unless the reservation is made on-line. I paid rack rate for the first time ever! I would not use this Budget outlet. The return process at the airport was normal.
