  • I was excited to get Potbelly in the valley, particularly the west side. I was used to their sandwiches in Chicago. Their topping choices are pretty run of the mill ho hum but their toasted roast beef sandwich is delish! Do yourself a favor and get a hand dipped oreo milkshake and PLEASE make sure you try Sheilas Dream Bar. I'm pretty sure I went in just to get the dessert!
