| - You either love or hate the service at Silver Star. That's for sure. You know that the employees take a lot of flak, because they look beat-up and can wear a pretty mean attitude. The system clearly doesn't work that well, when you have so many employees running around and behind desks, yet so little customer care + service. The location is overloaded and too small for the volumes they are trying to maintain. One day they will work it out, but the managers need to take accountability and listen more to customer feedback to understand the stark reality. Does it have to do with the fact they are licensed and not corporate owned, maybe? Bottomline, it seems they're trying to be too impressive and fancy with little efficiency. Mind you, if you want to BUY a car... the salesman will give you the best service you've ever had in your life! Case closed. Generally, I like to use MB West-Island for service and VW des Sources for nitrogen tire changes (Because MB WI is too cheap to upgrade their system). Bottom line: you must have a lot of patience as a customer to tolerate a Silverstar experience- so grab a coffee from the machine, sit down in the lounge, wait... wait... (hope they don't forget you), get served... come back later to pay, wait... wait... (hope the bill is correct and the repairs done properly), walk in the freezing cold to where they "think your car is parked"... and leave the parking lot with a... smile?- then Yelp about it.
