| - This review is more for Tim Vaugh (foreman) at Jones Crossing. If you are considering purchasing in Jones Crossing, you should have piece of mind that Tim Vaughn, the foreman overseeing all the homes being built, is so genuinely caring. You are truly in great hands. He number one is personable and helpful. He helped me the day after I moved in. A Sub-contractor was supposed to be coming to my home and I asked him if he had a contact number or knew if they were working because it was a holiday weekend and no one was answering the phone at the sub-contractors office.
He did me the favor of calling the owner to confirm that they were going to be out even though it was a holiday. He genuinely cared that I had piece of mind that they were going to show up. He even told me if they didn't show up to let him know and he would call again for me. This was not a warranty issue, it was more so getting in touch with someone to have them come out to complete the job they needed to do. From day 1, Tim answered questions I had about the building process, questions about things I was noticing in the home, etc. he answered them without question and would direct me to where or who I needed to contact.
He is always walking around the community, picking up nails, making sure that the community is taken care of. I walk my dogs and he always stops to greet us and say hello. He more than anything in GENUINE and CARING! He says he's a homeowner and wants people to be happy with their homes. That says a lot. There are many people out there that are more concerned with numbers than quality. I feel that the value you get with American West is someone like Tim working for them. I have piece of mind in my home because I know he did his best to make sure my home was built as best as it could be. Tim is one of my favorite people throughout the whole home building and buying experience.
I don't have anything negative to say about my home, overall I feel the home has had minor issues over the year, and if anything I attribute that to Tim's involvement in the building process. I hope that someone at American West reads this because Tim is truly a diamond in the rough.
