Had pork belly noodle there, you could see a layer of oil floating on top of the bowl. Broth was really good but an hr after eating the three of us had diarrhea, we were also very thirsty, so they must have put MSG in the broth as well. Not sure if I will go back there again.
Just a suggestion, the oil needs to be removed after the broth is made. When I was in Japan, the tonkotsu ramen had very thick broth but oil was removed. And if it's 100% tonkotsu broth, why adding more MSG?
