rev:text	OMG what is wrong with this corporation? Second location I've been to and equally frustrated with this one. 4, yes 4 people in the waiting room (including me) and I'm told; " Just so you know its a 2 hour wait." Whaaaaatttt? Now mathematically that's 30 minutes per person which doesn't sound so bad if this was a process going on, but not quite so. I waited 45 minutes and ZERO people left the waiting room and went behind those magical closed doors. ZERO. This is exactly the same process as the McDowell location in Scottsdale, so this is a definite Corporate mis-management. At the cost I paid last time ($141) for 10 minutes of doctor, PA, or perhaps RN time, this place should be staffed like crazy purely from a revenue perspective. The McDowell location I nick-named 'Not-so-fast Med Urgent Care' - this Tempe location is the 'you will die before its your turn Urgent Care.' Stay away unless you have an entire evening with nothing to do. And I do mean an entire evening.
