  • The food is excellent in this restaurant no matter what you choose for lunch or dinner. We have supported this restaurant since it opened and glad to have it in Surprise. To my disappointment, we visited Saigon Kitchen last evening Jan 25th, 2017 (Wednesday) at 5:15PM. There were many tables empty but each time we asked for a table we were told it was reserved or the table was reserved for larger parties. Keep in mind this is 5:15 in the evening, No one and no groups were lined up outside to get in, plus there were only two people sitting at one of the tables that was reserved for "larger parties" and they were not waiting for anyone as they already had there entree at the table. Due to no available tables, we were told we could eat at the bar- no thank you and we left. I am absolutely shocked that the owner or manager would let customers leave their restaurant due to the lack of customer service from their hostess who has no idea how to take care of customers. Does she not realize that her paycheck comes from customers.
