  • This gym is dirty and crowded, but overall the class instructors are good. The membership is oversold, so be prepared to wait for a machine. Fitness room is usually filled with dust, fans are filthy (although I've asked them 3 times in the past month to wipe them down), and the staff is completely unresponsive to complaints, suggestions, and any other feedback. (Like informing them of empty soap dispensers, sanitizers, etc.) May as well talk to a wall. The management is terrible. Not what you would expect in a brand new gym in such a nice area. Locker rooms are also dirty and poorly maintained. Will someone from the corporate office PLEASE do something to make this a decent place to work out?
