  • I love Sally Beauty Supply so my low score is based strictly on customer service. The ladies who work in this store are not friendly at all... Not helpful and almost act annoyed when you ask them questions. I was looking at nail polish and they were hovering around me like I was going to steal something. It's too bad.. I don't understand why people get into a customer service role who hate dealing with people.
