  • This is the real deal. It's not westernized fusion BS. If you go to J Town in Los Angeles you'll get the same flavor and quality. Finally a legit Japanese ramen and rice bowl place The Ramen base is on the salty side. Not sure why. I opted for the miso base thinking it would be less salty but it's the same. Nonetheless, that's just me being critical. Everything is fantastic!
