This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived we could not locate our room and staff seemed confused as to where our room was as well. Our room was on floor 3 directly above a dumpster. So we asked to have our room moved to a higher floor which they did but we had to lug all our bags back down to the lobby to do so. Moved to the 19th floor and at 6am the next morning we were awoken to what sounded like a war zone construction going on. No black out blinds, no coffee maker, no shelving in the shower and I could hear the people in the next room talking. Called management about the noise and it was still going on 4 hours later when we decided to leave a day early. Poor renovation quality as well. They should reopen when construction is done.
