rev:text	I had a wonderful experience with the guys at global bikes in gilbert. I walked in one Friday morning with my 2 young kids, my oldest had just learned to ride without training wheels and I just can't run alongside home as much as he wants to ride. So i wanted to buy a bike and bike seat for my youngest so we could cruise around together. I found a bike I liked with Tim's help and he ordered me a basket and the kid seat he recommended based off of his own experience with the seat over 20 years. I came to pick up my basket and have it installed and ended up buying my son a brand new bike. We went home and rode around when I realized I didn't like the bike I had purchased last week so I called and Tim said he'd honor the love your bike guarantee. I was able to exchange it for another bicycle I am much happier with. I also picked up a sweet cruiser for my husband so he can join us in the cycling family circus. I would recommend this bike shop for all your bicycle needs.
