  • This was the worst car rental experience I ever had along with about 30 other ppl. Do not use Economy/Jet car rental...fork up extra cash for on the the companies actually on the airport terminal site. Customer Service at this location is horrible. The representatives left about 30 ppl standing outside with no communication updating what the hold up is/was. They truly deserve to go out of business. My flight landed at 11:45 and was not able to pick up my reserved car from Economy unitl 2:30.
