Called to get a tune up for my new AC at the beginning of May, no appointments until the end of May. That's fine, made an appointment. I get a call the Friday before my appointment saying they need to reschedule because of all the "no cool" calls and the next open appointment for me would be 6/26. I rescheduled because my AC is working fine. My new window was today between 10-2. I called at 11:30 to confirm my window as I didn't receive any sort of follow up. I was told that there were too many "no cool" emergencies today and that I would have to reschedule again. This is unacceptable. I understand that ACs break but you need to learn to hold appointments. I will never use this company again, but what do they care, they already got my money.
Edit: since I can't reply directly here. No, I won't be giving my information. You lost a customer in me and several others that I've told to stay away. You screw over your current customers for the bigger money jobs. I regret using your company in the first place and will take my business elsewhere in the future (already used another company to replace ductwork and add insulation). Your prices are ridiculous, work is shoddy at best, and your customer service is horrendous. In the end, yeah you'll stay in business, but I'll keep referring people to other, better companies.
