  • I wish I could give negative stars. Worst massage experience I have ever had. I purchased a Groupon for a 60 min deep tissue massage. First, she called me the night before my appointment to reschedule because she did not have clean linens for the next day. That should have been my first red flag, but I chalked it up to stuff happens. When I arrived for my appointment the woman seemed annoyed and distracted. I asked if she could focus the entire time on my back and she argued that she can't spend an entire hour on just my back. I assured her that my back holds a lot of tension and an hour on my back is needed. I have been receiving massages for over 10 years and not once has a massage therapist been so combative and rude when discussing my needs. I do not believe she has been professionally trained, her techniques were unlike anything I've ever seen. Very rough and uncomfortable. And not in a deep tissue, working out the knots kind of way. She was aggressively rubbing my skin and oil was splashing everywhere. I asked if she could focus on my upper back as we discussed prior to starting and she became extremely aggressive and started yelling at me. I immediately asked her to refrain from yelling and told her I was leaving. She stormed out of the room and I left very confused and a little uneasy. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any company. I can't believe this is even a real business. Save your money. Never go here.
