  • I went a while back because I had a coupon for a free wash. I figured if they made me happy I would come back regularly. My side mirror was broken off so I had glued it back together with Gorilla Glue. It was dry and as secure as I could get it, and had survived trips through the Laserwash. I asked the Kuhn's staff to please be careful not to break it off. Well, they broke it anyway, and I got zero apology. On top of that, the wash was a half-assed rush job. There were plenty of dirty portions left. They were supposed to clean the interior too but seriously some kid jumped inside and rubbed a towel around for like 10 seconds. Based on reviews and praise from a close friend I expected much better.
