  • As far as Starbucks goes, this one has some things to work through to meet what I have come to expect from the chain. There is no coffee in MGM hotel rooms... This is a new store... so new that you can't place mobile orders. Being in Vegas and knowing it will take at least 10 min from my room to the lobby, I was planning on a mobile order as part of my morning flow for our conference. Nope. Had to stand in line of 15+ people. As a new store, it was also obvious that the employees were new. Lots of questions and pretty slow moving. Two people in front of me had to have their drinks corrected. I am sure they will get there, but for now, plan some extra time on your typical coffee run!
