I usually go to this Walmart because of how close it is. But I may avoid this stop the next time I'm out running errands. Every time I go to this Walmart I'm baffled at the number of registers they have vs how many are actually open. Why should anyone have to wait 20-30 minutes to check out when you have 25 available registers? Kills me. I usually divert over to Self-Check out which has a line as well. But it goes much faster. If the store is busy. The focus should be on getting customers checked out. Not organizing the "go-backs". This seems to be the common routine when I come here. Yes Walmart is affordable, but sometimes I'm trying to make it a quick trip. Not a long, "Saturday afternoon" like stop. The reason I leave this review now, is due to my last experience. The cashier that checked us out clearly did not care to be there. Once she reluctantly finished scanning each item, We asked to split the bill since there were two of us buying for a potluck. She ran the first card for the entire Amount and proceeded to charge the second card. Long story short, the issue was addressed. Rather than calling for a manager and handling the issue correctly, she blamed us, told us that the card didn't go through (which it did) all while having a rude attitude as if we broke her register. After 5 minutes of shrugging and responding with "well idk what to do it said the card went through. Idk what is wrong"., a manager finally came over and handled it. Needless to say us, along with the fellow in line behind us weren't to thrilled. Waited in line when there were 20 other registers that could have been opened, and then accused of causing the register to break. Not the way you'd picture a quick trip to Walmart.
