I brought my iPhone in because the home button wasn't working properly. After 65 minutes they "fixed" it. I went directly to work and discovered that it really wasn't working all that well. I called them and they said that they could reimburse me but that they would have to remove thee home button. Since I was working past their closing hours I told them that I would come in the following day. I brought it in the following day and they were NOT very accommodating. I had spent $80 for this "repair." The tech played around with my phone and it did seem to work better than it had in the previous 20 hours since I had picked it up from them the previous day. The home button continued to work but only maybe 75% of the time. Now, 8 days later, it barely works at all. I want to take it back in BUT I have already spent $80 and more than 2 hours on this. This place is not customer friendly so I guess that I am just going to have to take the $80 "hit" and get myself a new phone. I never felt as though they truly listened to my concerns or that they were willing to make the "fix" actually work. I will not be using them again.
