I came here for the NYE party last year and this year and both times it was wonderful! The hotel has multiple restaurants and bars you can visit before the party, and during the party there's an outdoor and indoor bar, heat lamps, lovely decorations, and plenty of Christmas lights and displays throughout the resort grounds in case you get bored and want to explore the property.
There wasn't any complimentary champagne toasts but it was still enjoyable. The DJ counts down and balloons were released in a small area everyone can see, it's right under the DJ booth so try to stand there during the countdown if you want to be in the middle of the action.
If you eat at any of the restaurants at the hotel, the cover charge ($30-35) is waived, so keep your receipt. Also, there is no charge for public parking for this night. I would say the ages range from 30's to 50's and everyone is dressed up - in suits and dresses. It's outdoors so also bring a coat. I wanted to go to the indoor bar near the DJ but it was way too crowded so I stuck to the outdoor bar right below it. I think if it was entirely indoors with ample room for everyone I would have given it five stars. It's hard to enjoy the party when it's outside in the cold.
