I always leave here pissed off after a service. I already expect the long wait even when I make an appointment, although it is inconvenient to spend hours here for a simple oil change, I am patient enough for that part. I came in with my 2016 that I have had for barely a year. The rep in charge of my service tells me that I will need to pay for my service today. My maintenance coverage was only for the first 5 services and I will need to be $289 for the next 5, or be put on a payment plan and pay $54 today and the rest of the amount within the next few months. Mind you, the last time I came in my rep skipped the sales talk and told me I was covered for a while and go to my service - simple. I tell this man that I know I am covered for much longer and I will not need to pay today. He continues to tell me I am not covered and I will have to. After my tone changes a bit and I tell him NO I will not be paying for service, I will just take my car home... he tells me there was a "glitch" in the computer and he can't see full details on my coverage. He supposedly calls the technical department and then proceeds to tell me yes I'm right, I am covered for 75,000 miles. Now when he was trying to get money out of me there was nothing wrong with his computer, but now there is? I'm annoyed and sit in the waiting area only to be harassed by a sales man trying to sell me a new car when I have already told him I have a new car. They then tell me my car is ready after 2 and a half hours. I wait outside for 30 minutes for my car until I get so annoyed I walk up to one of the men outside and he looks at his coworkers confused as if he didn't know I was waiting for my car. I turn around to walk back to the bench only to see my car just sitting there. So I have been waiting an extra 30 minutes for nothing.
Moral of the story is, it is always inconvenient to come here for service. The customer service is terrible. I do not pay over $500 a month to be treated like this. Would not recommend purchasing here, I definitely regret my decision.
