  • Avoid this place at all costs! Terrible incompetent service! I decided to try this place out for a late lunch, as I've been to the downtown Toronto location and had a good experience. I ordered the grilled herbed chicken entrée. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. The waitress returned later with a chicken sandwich. I explained that wasn't what I ordered, and re-requested the grilled herbed chicken entrée. 20 minutes later I was given the chicken fried chicken entrée. Not once, but TWICE they got it wrong? Is it really that difficult to get an order right? Apparently it is at the Tilted Kilt. After wasting 40 minutes of my time, and very hungry, I cut my losses and went to Moxie's instead, where the waitstaff have brains as well as beauty. Very disappointing.
