  • I definitely love my visit. Only waited for 10 mins which is totally fine on a busy Friday afternoon. Akane still apologized for the wait. Got green tea, nice Japanese green tea. Akane was patient with my tangles and split ends. She is very polite and apologized when there were chances that the comb might hurt even though I didn't feel any pain at all. She spent quite a bit of time working on my hair that I totally feel well worth it. I didn't feel rushed at all. The washing includes neck and shoulders massage which was extremely comfortable and relaxing. It wasn't a ghetto massage but very nice kneading for roughly 10 minutes. Ayumi is great. I kept on saying in my head oh I don't want to stop and it did last for quite a good while. I was so happy that I want to come back even if it's just for the massage. :) Last but not least Akane offered to curl my hair after blowdry and it makes me feel like I have a great makeover after the visit. Great service overall. Haven't been back for a while but this time definitely reminds me why I want to be back again. :)
