This is an update to a prior review, which you can read below.
There was a legitimate dispute with Contact Restoration, which resulted in a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors ("ROC"). Without going into the blow by blow details, I had to get the ROC and the CEO of the third party restoration referral company involved (Nexxus Solutions Group in FL) to facilitate resolution, as it wasn't going to happen otherwise. My place is finally put back together.
The main reason the rating isn't higher is because when the crew finally came back to clean up, the person in charge decided to speak to his crew in Spanish and say disparaging things about me. I held my tongue to just get them out of my home. Imagine 5-6 strangers in your home, speaking Spanish and saying negative things thinking you didn't understand them.
Something else I discovered during this odyssey was that it's entirely legal for a company to put a licensed contractor on payroll to gain a contractors license in AZ when that person isn't really involved in the day-to-day business. Two words: no bueno.
